SC101  Self and Society     (3.00 cr.)

A microsociological view of the relationship between the person and the social world. The underlying theoretical assumption is that we construct our social reality through the process of social interaction. Through this interaction we learn the roles, norms, and values of our society--we learn to be social beings. Restricted to freshmen, sophomores, and sociology majors/minors.
