PY332 Introduction to Behavioral Neuroscience   (3.00 cr.)

Prerequisite: BL105 or BL121, PY101. Introduces students to the field of neuroscience in psychology. Information includes brain/behavior relations from both basic and applied research; methodological and ethical issues regarding neuroscience research; and clinical applications of research in neuroscience, including an introduction to clinical neuropsychological assessment. Discusses animal and human research, as well as the impact of the brain, brain development, and brain injury as it relates to behavior, emotions, cognition, and personality traits. Fulfills Group III requirement. (Spring only)
